Pacific Impact Zone is collaborating with local community non-profit and academic partners to build a pipeline management system.  This system will facilitate matchmaking, engaging, all the way through job placement, between employers and prospective employees.  This pipeline management system will be a web-accessible portal for all local defense and dual use employers.

Pacific Impact Zone is also collaborating with academic partners to increase the rate of entrepreneurship sourced from higher institutions of learning.  Universities are a rich source of advanced research and development but often default to knowledge dissemination through peer reviewed journal publications.  Commercialization of research is another method for academic research to make positive impacts to society.  We are building training content and providing coaching to our academic partners through their institutions.
